FOR COMPANIES, LLPs & PARTNERSHIPs

The time period given for the incorporation of Private Limited Company, Public Limited Company, and Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) is an approximate time period and is subject to Approval by the Government Authority.

The approval or rejection of Name or other documents are subject to Approval by the Government Authority and beyond the control of TaxSkill.Com No refund of the Government fee, third party fee and affiliate charges is possible but the Fee charged minus the Govt. Fee, third party fee and affiliate fee would be refunded in 90 working days if TaxSkill.Com is at fault.

The approximate time period given for the registration is counted from the day of payment and submission of documents is completed if the payment and submission of documents is made before 12:00 pm that day.

In case of a LLP or a Company incorporated without the INC-29 route then upon the rejection of the Name Approval Requisition form for the second time, an additional charge as may be applicable at that point of time is to be paid by the Client to the TaxSkill.Com towards the Govt Fee and affiliate fee for the fresh application.

For the LLP and Partnership the price given is not inclusive of the Stamp Duty which depends on the capital of the firm. Further the price for the does not include the Notary charges which may differ from city to city. Both are to be done by the client on their own. Genially the Stamp duty required is Rs 500/- and can go to a maximum of Rs 5,000/-. The notary Charges can range anywhere between Rs 100/- to Rs 500/-. Alternatively you can also get it attested in the Court by an Executive Magistrate without any charges.

For the Registration of a Company, the price is not inclusive of the charges for affidavits required to be submitted by the promoters under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The format of the affidavits would be provided by TaxSkill.Com and the client would be required to get the content shared by TaxSkill.Com printed on a Stamp Paper of an amount as prescribed and get it attested and further submit a scanned copy of the same to TaxSkill.Com.
